Transcriptions and arrangements



For several years I have been using and transcribing music with music notation softwares. Over these years I have been commissioned with several transcriptions and arrangements:

  • in May 2017, at the request of prof. Fabio Pirona from the Conservatory of Trieste, two transcriptions of two works by A. Vivaldi for the string orchestra of the Conservatory: the Concerto in A Major and the Symphony No. 3.
    Both transcriptions were performed by the string orchestra of the Trieste Conservatory in Minsk (Belarus) in August 2017;

  • in May 2018 an arrangement of the Divertimento in D Major KV 136 by W. A. Mozart for two violins and organ, performed with the participation of violinist Vasilij Meljnikov in the Church of San Bartolomeo Apostolo in Barcola (Trieste) on the occasion of the opening concert of the "String Festival" organized by the music school "Glasbena Matica" of Trieste;

  • in August 2018 the arrangement of three works by Mozart for two violins and organ:
  • the overture of the Figaro Wedding - KV 492;
    Eine Kleine Nachtmusik - KV 525;
    the first movement of the Symphony No. 40 - KV 550;

  • in November 2018 an arrangement of the Piano Concerto No. 2 Op. 21 by F. Chopin for piano and string quartet which was performed in the prestigious Baroque Hall of the Radovljica Music School (Slovenia) by the pianist Arsen Dalibaltayan with the "Kamna Quartet";

  • in December 2018 a transcription and arrangement of the Scherzo SC 34 and the Trio SC 52 by G. Puccini for string quartet from the original Puccini manuscript;

  • in March 2019 a transcription of "Hymnus de ascensione Domini" by Johan Wagenaar for organ solo (originally written for choir SATB on lyrics from Ambrosius);

  • in May 2019 an arrangement of the song "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen for SSATTB-choir (6 voices) and violin;

  • in July 2019 an arrangement of the "Arrival of the Queen of Sheba" for 2 trumpets in C, 2 violin and organ from Handel's oratorio Solomon (HWV 67);

  • in October 2022 an arrangement of Schubert's "Ave Maria" for SATB-choir (4 voices) and organ
